Chromium2007,
Welcome to the aerodrome - If it is information you seek, this is the place to find it.
BTW any chance you had a chance to fix the SQL error I keep gettin. Tks in advance.
also if you would like my file on Werner Voss - let me know! It is about 4.8 megs for the info and 5.6 megs for the photos. Send me a PM with an e-mail address that can handle the files and I will get them out to you asap.
Keep up the good work - mate.

A big thanks, and welcome from me too.
You've got some amazing footage in your collection that's for sure! It must've taken a while to obtain and compile it all.
Don't wanna sound greedy,...but do you have more?
All the best and thanks again!
Bucky.

Do you have the Pfalz factory film? I have never seen that film in its entirety.
I will tell you this, if you could place all your WWI movies on DVD, I will purchase a copy. A lot of our members, from our OTF chapter, would love to own a DVD like that.
Jan
PS I'm serious about the DVD. I'll even contribute some old 8mm WWI films to copy from, if that would help. I know thats not saying much.

Ditto with the thanks. Don't know how else I would have been able to see the footage from "D III 88" and "Pour Le Mérite". Terrific stuff! Wish I could download them to my Mac.
Still hope to see these films in their entirety someday...
Much appreciated!

Thanks from me too!
Just want to chip in my ha'penny worth to say how much I enjoyed your pieces on Youtube.com! The music in both, especially the second, in my opinion is so apt and beautiful.
I've started a thread to see if we can identify the Staffel members - Groos I can spot quite easily and probably Mohnicke. The second one on the left has a face that's interested me because I think I can spot him in the other piece saluting the Rittmeister before they set off.
It'd be interesting to see how many of them survived the conflict and what happened to them afterwards.
Trebrys.

Richthofen (1929)
Thanks Chromium2007 for everything you have put on YouTube.com! A lot of this footage I have never seen before so keep up the great work! There's no telling what else is out there ready to be discovered and shared with the world. I hope you might have something on Jean Navarre as I've never seen anything on him at all which I find strange. Thanks again!
