Off topic: seeking name of a WWII movie
I saw a movie once in which imprisoned POWs in a German POW camp built a glider so that one of their number could fly across the border of a nearby neutral country (Switzerland, I think).
Does anyone know the name of the movie I'm talking about?

Wasn't it in a castle on top of a mouton and they built it in the attic?

Thanks
The Birdmen was the one I remembered -- and thank you all for the help. All I could think of was "Where Eagles Dare" which was, of course, wrong (not uncommon around these parts).

replica glider
A group of aviation enthusiasts under the guidance of some of the former POWs built a replica to prove the airworthiness, as the original never got its chance because the war ended. It flew quite well. The replica is now in a British museum.

Ah, the two person glider built for the escape in The Birdmen. Interesting move.
