Great War In The Air

It's not TV or movies, but it's a 64 part video on Youtube that details the WWI air war. I enjoy it. Each segment is usually only a couple minutes long. When you have a few minutes, go to Youtube and watch a few segments.

Gentlemen,

Jan from Rainbase is trying to make a living. How about you purchase the DVD's to encourage him and others to keep producing fine work such as this.

Sure, you can watch them all on YouTube, but you'll have to add them to a list, wait for them to buffer a bit etc. Easier to buy the DVD. And it's yours forever.

Please encourage our documentary makers.

Cool. I didn't know there was a DVD. Christmas may come early for me this year.

I'm working on my second film now; a biography of Anthony Fokker. I put together an outline and started writing this week. I'm sure I'll be hitting up the experts here at the Aerodrome for help as I go along. My goal is to have the script written within three months and have the film made over three more months. I'm shooting for this to be a one hour documentary.

Jan,

I have your WWI history on DVD (well worth the $22 US) and it is truly excellent.

First chance I've had to thank you and offer whatever my endorsement is worth.

Watching it in DVD is a whole different experienced than trudging through the chopped up chapters on YouTube.

Buy the DVD, folks, this quality work needs encouragement.

ttt! Huge thanks for the kind words (and endorsement!). I really made this thing as a hobby project, but have to say that it's put me in contact with so many great folks. Like most of us enthusiasts, I just sort of lived in an isolated bubble with my passion for the subject. It's been really enriching to have met so many like minded people. Thanks so much!
Cheers, Jan
