Was in the NASM yesterday and the wheels have been removed from the Albatros DV. Anyone know why?

Possibly to have the wheels/tires assembled correctly? Everytime I have gone there, the tires were always hanging loosely on the wheels as if they were incorrectly matched. Just a guess.....

When I was there this summer, it didn't have any wheels at all. I would post a picture, but I haven't figured out how to.
