Doug Whetton Collection

I thought it would interest people from The Aerodrome to know that some items from the Douglass Whetton collection (mainly photographs and paper ephemera) are being sold at a militaria auction in Sheffield next Friday, 6th February 2009:

ELR Auctions, The Nichols Building, Shalesmoor, Sheffield, S3 8UJ
Telephone: 0114 281 6161

There is an online catalogue of the sale, with pictures, available to view at the ELR website.

Thanks for your welcome Tom.

They've updated the auction listings and are now showing a signed Werner Voss Sanke card in lot 492 - Sorry I can't link to the listing (not enough posts), but you can find it by googling ELR auctions, Sheffield and then clicking on the catalogue page.
