Good day everyone and all aviation fans.
Glad to be here, seems like a fun house to party and learn something good on the way.
I have been an aviation fan for quite sometime and would like to share some good stuff with everyone too.

Keep yer eyes open for some of my aviation art posts in the near future.

G'day Max...and welcome

We've got quite a number of really talented aviation artists here at the Aerodrome, so I expect you'll feel right at home. Try to keep your brushes out of the beer....it gives it a queer aftertaste!

Talking

Hi Max,

Welcome to the forum, you say that you are an artist, welllllll have I got a project for you.

How about a painting/ pencil drawing/ what ever/ of German WW1 fighter Ace - Werner Voss' crash site.

You know, F.I 103/17 upside down burruring into the dirt in a light crash landing in no mans land.

You know, something on that order. If you need so into and pictures to capture the moment in your minds eye, how about sending me an e-mail address that can handle between 4 and 6 megs of data. What I will do when I receive it, is send you my Werner Voss files with Part 1 as data info and Part 2 with all sorts of pictures of Voss and his triplane for reference.

Now is that a challenge or isn't.

cul (see you later) mate

Welcome to Another Artist!

Dear Max, We can't wait to see your latest "hits." What planes and pilots have you painted? We can't wait to add your works to the revolving artist display. If you need any advice o r perhaps an image of a crate or pilot let me know. I share what I have. VR, Maj. Scott Price,USAR (Retired), a.k.a. Roadhog
