New Member Introduction
My name is George Grasse and I am into my second year of an awakened addiction to WW1 aviation history and modeling. I am an accomplished long-time professional military miniatures painter (Historical Miniatures by George Grasse) and now, in my spare time, am researching and building 1:48 scale WW1 aircraft, concentrating on German zweisitzers especially 2nd and 3rd generation aircraft. I am currently writing an article on the modeling the old Jager 1:48 resin DFW C.V (Av). Once that research is completed and I feel that I have a historically accurate model, I will move on to the Planet Model 1:48 scale Rumpler C.IV. So, I welcome any discussion on the 2-seaters: units, crew, aircraft.
