Guten Tag!

Greetings,

I am a young WWI fanatic, truly love mostly everything about it on every side of the conflict. I am not sure if I will be an active poster, but surely an active reader. I was directed to these forums by a friend, which I am not sure what his forum name was.

The name is Jurgen, born in Canada of German (Bavarian) and Austrian Parents, and ever since I was around 10 I began my love and fascination of history and WWI. I hope that I will have a enjoyable time here.

Smile Welcome

Hi and welcome to the Aerodrome. I am new to this site myself. Like you, I often used to look at this site and have been interested in First World War aeroplanes since about the age of 10. Congratulations on posting an introduction. There are very many friendly and knowledgeable people on this site, and I am sure they will all make you feel very welcome. It took me a long time to post anything on here, but you should do so if you ever have any questions or anything to contribute. I find that there are many members here who really appreciate any information posted by other members.

Welcome

Jurgen,

Welcome to the Aerodrome! I hope you'll enjoy your time here. My own area of interest is the German Air Service and Manfred von Richthofen. If you have any questions, please feel free to post.

Blue skies,

FliegerJG1

Danke. So many friendly people are here in this community! And just as many people who enjoy Imperial Germany. I think I shall like it here a fair amount.
