Well, after numerous tries at registering, I finally got it done, so it's time to say hello. My name is Al, I'm in the UK in the grim north of England.

Obviously I'm interested in aviation and WW1 history, which accounts for my being here. I fly for real (mostly gliders), I do a lot of flight simulation stuff too; some of you who frequent AVSIM might know me as one of their reviewers. I also do a lot of computer graphics work and I make models too, currently weighing up what to make next, some sort of scale WW1 fighter is on the cards, possibly a DII albatros or an SE5a, but a DH2 is a remote possibility.
