Hello all,
i have already posted some replies, so maybe it would be apropriate for me to give a short intro on myselve. In my mid-thirties i have now finally managed to get to do what i always wanted; work on vintage cars and aeroplanes! Yes, for a living, and it seems to be going well. Amongst others i am now working on parts for a full scale replica of a 1936 Fokker CX biplane, for a museum.
I came acros this (very active!) forum beacuse i finally got do do some modeling again too, after buing one of the Wingnut kits. Great stuf!
My speciality is Dutch army material before 1940, and as we interned over 100 aeroplanes during ww1 (

), and the Dutch airforce got a serious start after Fokker fled to Holland (

), this is a very ionteresting aera to deal with.
I hope to spend some more time here, and until now have enjoyed reading all your stories very much!
Martin.
