Hi everyone,

I've been observing here for a while, but wanted to introduce myself. I've been modeling off and on since a kid, and got seriously into WWI aircraft about 20 years ago with the DML and first Eduard releases. I am currently working my way through Udet's machines. Actually I did the striped Dr.I with the DML kit and the Eduard E.III a long time ago, but need to redo them as new info on the color schemes has come to light.
I live about an hour and a half south and west of Old Rhinebeck, so I've been following the news about there with great concern. I took the family there a number of times for the model show. My dad took me there when I was a kid.
I've been able to have most of my questions answered by using the search, and am in awe of all the knowledge bouncing around the forum and the quality of modeling skills.
