Doolittle Raiders

Does anyone know if any of the crash sites of the Doolittle Raiders have been located or explored? Does anyone know what ever happened to the B-25 that made it to Russia?

I have to dig out my data but as I know crew was returned from Soviet Union after a lot of problems. Airplane did not turn back. Never heard that anybody take any research of the crash sites.
