Bonjour
For the twin floats , half canopy , fin and rudder :

CURTISS FALCON (export Falcon ) .

23 were completed for Columbia ( see the roundel on the rudder ) and used in the war with Peru ; Engine was a 700hp Wright .

It is the Curtiss Export Seaplane Falcon with Wright Cyclone engine. Photo taken 5/1/33
