The Rules
The thread title must be "Breguet's 1919 - 1939 Aircraft ID Challenge #......" AND must be placed in the Non-WWI Aviation sub-Forum.
The score board, link and rules must be copied to the beginning of each thread, so that we know where we are. The score board and the correct answer to the challenge must also be placed at end of each thread.
The completed aircraft must have been either; designed, built or have left the ground during the '1919-1939 period and be identifiable by the poster.
The photo must show the whole aircraft - from whatever angle, or at least 2 views of a 3 view drawing (photo by preference).
Challenges which depict a machine already earlier presented are disqualified (always check the list at Aeroplanes 1919 - 1939* -* Breguet's -Aircraft Challenge* -- when in doubt !).
If there is any doubt as to the eligibility of an aircraft for the challenge details should be PM'd to Breguet BEFORE the aircraft is submitted.
Once someone has gotten 5 correct answers under their belt they become an ACE. Once they become an ACE they must wait 12hrs after the posting of the new challenge before they can post an answer.
To be eligible for correct ID an answer must include at least one characteristic of the aircraft that helped in its identification.
The first person to ID the challenge correctly gets to post the next challenge. If this can not be done for any reason Breguet himself will post the next challenge.
If an ace gives the correct answer too early, the challenge is over, he gets no point but has to post the next one. In lieu of the fact that the "novices" have in effect been "cheated" of their "exclusive" time that next post should be a relatively easy one. Anyone repeating the correct answer at the right time gets neither a point nor the right to post the next challenge.
The final arbiter in relation to questions about the rules is Breguet.

As still can be seen in the somewhat doctored picture, the machine won the Peugeot 1921 contest.
THE PEUGEOT PRIZE
In 1912, Robert Peugeot of France offered a prize for the first flight of a distance of 10 metres (33 feet). There were many attempts at this, and Peugeot gave several consolation prizes, some of them for distances less than the long-jump record of the time which was 7.61 metres,(Peter O'Connor in Dublin, 5 Aug 1901), but the prize was not won for nine years. .
POULAIN/FARMAN
A machine was built by the Farman company and pedalled by Gabriel Poulain over the specified distance in both directions early on the morning of 9th July 1921 with Robert Peugeot watching, with a distance of 11.98 metres. (Incidentally, two weeks later, the long-jump record was reset at 7.69 metres by Edwin Gourdin on 23rd July 1921 in Cambridge Massachusetts. ) The Poulain Farman machine was undoubtedly a human-powered-vehicle. It was a biplane with a span of 20 feet (6 m) and a wing-area of 132 square feet,(12.08 m2) (i.e. larger than some wings built for the purpose of true human powered flight in the 1960's). There was a fairing around the person and bicycle. There was no propeller and there were apparently no aerodynamic controls. The total weight was 201 lbs.(91 Kg)

The original picture unadorned can be seen in the files of the BNF

Salon de l'Aéronautique : Stand Peugeot (Aviette de Poulain) : [photographie de presse] / Agence Meurisse

According to the description of this Meurisse press picture the picture was taken on the Salon de l'Aéronautique : Stand Peugeot (Aviette de Poulain) in 1921. I have not checked if reports of the 1921 Salon gives information that the Aviette of Poulain (Farman built) was exhibited.
