1917 Curtiss JN4D (Jenny) complete with paperwork and brand new OX-5 engine. Once in a lifetime opportunity!
This is a complete airplane, needs restored, fuselage is excellent, wings need some work. Also included is box of brand new Curtiss Fittings, extra wheels and complete set of drawings.
Terms of Sale
Winner will have five days to inspect aircraft. 15% deposit due at end of auction. Cashier check or wire transfer only. I am not interested in any trades or donating aircraft to any museum. Buyer responsible for shipping & delivery.
C'mon eveybody, pony up! A dozen or so of us for a thousand or two and we'll have ourselves a 1917 Curtiss Jenny!!!  (Well, a Jenny project, anyway.) Bidding is at $15, 000 now, 2 days left.

No excuses, Eric! Especially you! Host a bake sale or a car wash or something for your thousand. You're gonna pick it up and put it in your new garage until we find a hangar for Ken to work on it. BTW, has anyone gotten Ken on the line yet?

the engine alone is almost worth the price, right? ok, ok- i could put some $ in- trying to figure out how much though- i am ABOUT to buy a house, or i could just live with Ken...
