Hey Gang,
Sorry for tease. It was foolish of me to think that I could operate my computer without my ten year old nephew's guidance!!!!!!! Will give it another try.

Aerodrome Kid,
Welcome to this fine forum and welcome to our new thread!
It seems that you as well as others (myself included), still haven't completely figured out this image posting business. None of your images are appearing. Just a little box that says "user posted image." But your captions are certainly a curiousity.
Is there someone out there who can post some easy step by step image posting instructions for those of us still having difficulties with the task?

Its funny, I posted the pics and could go back and forth for a while and see them fine. But you're right, now they are no longer viewable. I'll try sizing them a bit smaller and post again. Sorry

Can anyone give us some of the names in curtissjenny's April 20 posted 1982 group photo on page 1? I recognize a few of the faces, but can only name Cole Palen and Bill King for sure.

Adding pictures drives me crazy off and on. Either they post nicely as these or they come funky if at all. These photos are being scanned at a low 75 dpi in jpeg format to keep the file size down. Even then I still have to reduce them to about 95% of their original size which is around 130k. They are winding up about 43-46k in size well below the 51k limit. Why the big drop in size at only 95% is anyones guess. If you start out at too high a file size and then reduce them too much, they start to get fuzzy. Most of my pix taken with my digital camera have been posting a bit fuzzy over in the model section but not any pix that are scanned. Go figure!
Much looking forward to seeing others photos. Stop me if your getting bored.
Salute,
Steve

The Warner Triplane. Sadly this is the best photo I have of the Warner Triplane. As we all know, this plane was "cheese-grated" thru some powerlines and made into "Fokker Fries". I believe this photo was taken in 1986
