Passat Ornithopter

Would anyone know of the current dispostion of the Passat Ornithopter replica at ORA?

Although almost impossible to see in this photo, the Passat Ornithopter is disassembled and hidden behind the WW1 artillery piece and cars of the collection up in the WW1 Quonset hut. You can see the rear sticking out in this first photo.

Yes, they are.

The upper one is from June of this year, the lower one from May of 2007.

Happy to answer that the Passat Ornithopter is still in the collection, though the winglets are removed.

As of Mid-October...

...yes, it was still there.

Didn't think this thread would generate any more interest but I took this just in case. Looks to still be in reasonably nice condition. Must be on the dry side of the hut.
