Does any one have any photos of a Spandau machine gun?If so,show me how the germans fired it.

WO WO WO WO!Wait a minute.So how did the aircraft men fire it?On MvR and Brown,Richthofen pulls back a stick type of thing on the right side.

That absurd sticky-out-there thingy is entirely Hollyweird. It bears zero-zip-zilch resemblance to The Truth, and apparently was added just so the audience would know what was happening.

One of the few genuinely authentic items in The Blue Max was Ursula's Towel. B)

I don't recall what was depicted in Richthofen & Brown 'cause I only saw it once and wouldn't bother to see it again!
