Whereabouts of Thiaucourt

Hello,

I would like confirmation of where exactly a city named Thiaucourt was located during WWI. I found a Thiaucourt-Regniéville, but this is approx. 80 km SE of Verdun. I expected to find Thiaucourt closer to the city of Verdun, do to some combat reports that make mention of these two cities (the unit was stationed in the Verdun sector). Can anyone tell me if there was another Thiaucourt that existed during WWI? Any ideas will be highly welcomed.

regards

My Gallery
location of Thiaucourt-Regniéville.

Wingedwarrior:
Reference Michelin No.57. Thiaucourt-Regniéville is in the German Armee Abt.C. It is 30 km SW of Metz, 42 km ESE of Verdun and 15 km WNW of Pont-à-Mousson.
Blue skies,

Thanks Dan for confirming this location. I think that I misread the map scaling Any way, it looks like this is the place that was referenced in the combat reports.

regards
