Having run into a few photo's of the Armee Flugpark 4 at Sint Denijs Westrem, better known to you as G(h)ent St. Denis, I was wondering if anyone knows how much personnel there was in this or such a unit in general.
Even this afternoon I did pass the location of the former airfield which existed until somewhere in the late seventies, after which it became the location of the Flanders Expo buildings, and started to ask me this question on the number of personnel again.

Thanks and best from Johan

Regulus:
* * In addition to the permanent members of AFP4 were 4 personnel detached from each flying unit in that Armee, to maintain the reserve aircraft held in reserve. For example if there were total of 30 aviation units there would be an additional 120 enlisted personnel.

Thanks Gunnar and Dan-San !

This really explains a lot to me. In all honesty, if there's a subject where I don't have a clue about, it's the Armee Flugparks !

Again my thanks and best from Johan
