Hi,

Schusta 26 seems to have arrived on the 14th of october 1917 at Torhout airfield. They probably left by the end of november the same year. Does anyone know exactly when ? And who was in command during that period ?

Thanks !

VBR from Regulus

Hi Regulus

Oblt Schmalschläger took over the command on 20 Sep 1917 and hold it until 23 Feb 1918...

Possible Rick has additional information..?

I show Ss 26b at Thourout from 26Sep17 to 6Dec17. From Oostkamp and to Erkeghem. And indeed, Oblt. Benedikt Schmalschläger C.O. from 19Sep17 to 23Feb18. R.
