Regulus Forum Ace Join Date: Jan 2002 Location: Jabbeke-Flanders, Home of the Marine Jagdgeschwader Posts: 2,657	Hi, I found one very good example of a reserve airfield at Snellegem, home of the Marine Jasta's and other's. In 1918 there was a reserve airfield at the Kouter complete with hangars, personnel barak's etc. It seems that only once a plane did land on it. I was wondering are there any other examples of such reserve airfields by both sides at the Western Front ?
