Hermann Köhl said “we introduced parachutes” (private initiative at first?) for the night bombers of his Geschwader but I don´t know details.

I remember a source reporting parachutes were handed out for some Zep crews but after a while the use was obviously dropped because the chutes were hanging outboard and were frozen and useless after a while of flying in bigger altitude. As well there was only a low time and a low chance to jump and to come free if the airship was shot in flames or striken by lightning etc. The crews preferred to increase the amount of load (bombs) instead of adding more weight to the ship with the transport of useless parachutes.
