Have You Tried to Join AeroForum
I have tried to join the AeroForum and no luck in approving the membership. The last person to post in the first post section is Russell Smith back in May...
Has anyone joined and was approved since May?
Has anyone joined but still waiting approval?
Thanks...
Lloyd...problems

Hey Lloyd,
I joined last January because of my interest in Glenn Curtiss. After reading your post I visited Aeroforum and it showed you as a member currently on line. So someone is considering you a member. You'll find a few posters in common with this forum, but it has a far less active participation.
Sean

Once you register your a member but to be able to post the membership has to be activated. This is what were talking about. From the lack of no posts since May in the new post section which is what where told to make are first post makes me to think that no-one has had a membership activated.

I would urge those who have had problems with AeroForum, the website of WW1 Aeroplanes, Inc., and/or receiving Journals, to visit the Books and Magazines thread on The Aerodrome and see recent message from cfgray. Best regards, agblume

AeroForum Troubles
Hi, All,
I sent this message to Laserlloyd yesterday and thought I would share it with everyone.
AeroForum's membership process is victim to the hacker attack we had months ago. I cannot access the admin section make necessary changes, corrections and approvals. I still hope that the fellow who wrote the underlying software I bought will be able to gain access for me. I have pestered him no end and am awaiting a verdict.
I feel terrible about this, just awful, but there is little I can do about it. The admin emails are not routed to me anymore after the hacker attack and I cannot change that address until I have access.
I do hope to have this fixed soon, I know it has been forever.
Best and apologies,
Carroll Gray

Hi,
first at all- you are using PhBB and it is well know by the bugs and safety problems.
Second- if you have problem in connect to database this mean that you have to contact support from the hostseller and ask them to reset password. Also they could track IP from where is made access to your admin CP.
From my point of view it is better to switch to some other forum. See this one:
