I'm hoping someone can help me out this question...
Does anyone have any info on the differences between the Beardmore/Austro Daimler 120hp and 160hp version? Ie: 120hp used in early FE.2b and 160hp in late FE.2b (not the RR Eagle used in the
FE.2 specs here on the areodrome for the FE.2d).
Did they achieve the extra hp with mainly internal changes (ala Mercedes D.IIIa, D.IIIau etc) or were there substantial, external, differences (ala Benz Bz.III vs Bz.IIIa)?
