If you want a book in English about the Belgian Fighter pilots in WWI I can recommend "Above flanders fields" by Walter M. Pieters.
As far as Belgian aviation in WWI is concerned it is a classic. It gives us a complete record of the Belgian fighter pilots and their units during the period of 1914/1918 and you also find ^pictuers in it off almost every Belgian pilot of that era.
It was published by Grub street : ISBN 1 898697 83 3.

You'll probably will be able to get a copy via Amazon.

This said there is more to be told about the Aviation Militaire Belge and I can think of at least 2 more books about the subject thatvare real gems but sadly only printed in Dutch/French

If you read French you might trying to get your hands on a book by Ludo Vranken, published by the Centre for Military History in Brussels.
I consider this the very bible on this subject.
