Blankenberge Flakschule

Has anyone ever seen any information at all on this 'institute' ?

I ran into it today for the first time and had never heard of it before.

BTW Blankenberge is along the Belgian coastline which was Marinekorps Flandern territory at the time.

Thanks and best from Johan

Johann, I have heard of it, in the sense that I have a few people assigned to it for brief periods (all during 1918 I believe), However I know nothing of its history. When formed, when disbanded, etc, etc. R.

Regulus,

it is the former Flak school of Ostende which was moved to Blankenberge in early 1918. I look for details for you later (still sick).
