George,
You're absolutely correct.  TSTB does indeed list those two 57 Squadron Fee's, I just missed them because they're on the next page (168) and I thought the entry for 30 April was complete on page 167! Darn, I knew I should have stayed out of this - too much else on my mind right now. I'll amend my earlier post. Thanks.Greg
