Koepsch wearing two different tunics

I noticed that Egon Koepsch wore two different tunics. In the two photos in Richthofen's Circus',page87 he's wearing the standard tunic while on page 109 he wears an Uhlan tunic. How could he have both?

Heres one the photos...

Yes, Richthofen wore a variety of uniforms! If you look closely at all his photos, you'll see he was quite a military fashion plate! The German Air Service did not have a representative uniform during WWI so the men were able to wear the uniform of the branch in which they entered, such as Uhlans or Dragoons. Richthofen traveled a lot aside from the movement to different airfields so I guess that what he wore depended on what he had available wherever he was. (Rats! Left that tunic in Schweidnitz! Now what do I do? Menzke!! )
