Hi

This German flyer served within an unknown FFA in the period 1914 - 16 and was still within the Air Force in 1918...

Initially he served in IR 161 and he was promoted on Christmas eve in 1914...

Does anyone knew anything more about him..?

Any sort of information is highly appreciated...!

Hi

I got a tip through a private e-mail, that Walter Leyers apparently was reported MIA in Jun 1915 together with Fähn dR Claus von Kotze....

Does this information help to come further...?

Thanks Jörg..!

This lead to that the connection with von Kotze is a dead end...

But perhaps there is someone, somewhere in the World who might have any clue...?

I am still hoping...and will never stop with that...
