Hello,

I read an old issue of "Over the Front" (No.2/1961) included an article about Ernst Freiherr von Althaus.

Who did write the article?

Is anybody of the Forumitees owning this issue and maybe willing to send a Xerox-copy of the paper about Althaus to me?

I will compensate the helpful person for the costs.

VBR

Hello Rammjäger

The article is rather short(about two pages and 8 photos). It is written by Heinz J. Nowarra...

It starts with: He liked the game and girls, and he took the life as a game, as he enjoyed poker, so he played game with death....hm...

I can make a copy for you...however my scanner dont works...so you will receive a photo copy...

Actually, that would be Cross and Cockade (US)... OTF didn't start until 1986. Sounds like a good piece. But, be careful about Nowarra! Double check the facts.
