Paul Henning von Osterroht

Can anyone tell me anything about him? I know that he was a pre-war pilot (lic Oct 9, 1912) and was held in very high regard by MvR. I've read he was brilliant tactician and administrator and I have to believe that at least some of Jasta 12's early success was because of his guidance. I believe there is a box or file on him in the Ferko collection. Has anyone seen it ??? Does anyone have pictures other than the map reading with MvR ??? I also believe one of the O'Connor books has his marking as checkerboard. Does that any anything to do with him being from Luneburg??? Thanks in advance and any help or comments would be appreciated.

I have that his stamm-regiment was IR 152 and that he received the pilots badge on an un-specific date during 1913.
He was promoted to Oblt on 27 Jan 1915 (a perfect day.. )

Kasta Trier, 31 and Sosta 1 were "all" actually the same unit which had been re-named a couple of times...The first name of this unit was Kampfstaffel Cöln...

Gunnar is of course correct. The dates I've given are the dates that units were renamed, as given in Teil 10. I did this just to provide continuity for the service record of Osterroht. R.
