difficult to compare but?

Hi!

It's dangerous to compare by times and when no name is known or other indication is given...
But here a photo from Sous-Lieutenant Demeuldre (13 victories)

Hairstile & outlook about the same...but ???????????????

The epaulettes look wrong for aviation corps, so I doubt it's Sous-Lieutenant Demeuldre.

And I don't think line infantry wore them at this period. That looks like a 2 on the collar. I know the Cuirassiers wore epaulettes like that, so maybe 2nd Regt de Cuirassiers.

To all

Hi!

I agree with a number of remarks done..
Those "épaulettes"? (Shoulderpieces)
Indeed nowhere I saw them on French aviators uniforms!
But maybe this was a kind of "gala-uniform" equipment?

Than I have another photo at hand of Commandant Féquant...
Could match also a bit this one?
However the "hairsplit" seems me to be a slight bit outcentered on head to left of nose?
Minor details, but?????

Jempie...

P.S. Forgot the photo!

Here it is....
