Since my original request for information on these aces has sunk without a trace, or any response, I thought I would combine them into a single question/thread, and add the remaining aces starting with B. Thus:

14 - Fritz Blume
Fritz Blume is credited with four victories with Jasta 37. I have his date and place of birth, but no information on his post-war activities, nor his date and place of birth. Can anyone help?

15 - Erich Bönisch
Erich Bönisch is credited with 5 victories while with Seeflugstation Flandern I. I have his date of birth, but not his place of birth, nor his date, place (and cause) of death. And no details of his post-war career. Can anyone help?

16 - Karl Bohny
Karl Bohny is credited with 8 victories with Kest 7 and Jasta 17. I have no details on his birth, post-war career, and death. Can anyone help?

17 - Adolf Borchers
Adolf Borchers is truly an unknown ace. He appears only on the list of aces published by Flugsport after the war. We do not even know the unit(s) in which he served. He was probably a member of either Jasta 41, 47, 48 or 52, for which Tornuss did not prepare any KTB extracts for the period September to November 1918. Does anyone have *any* information on him? Birth, post-war, death, combat claims?

18 - Gustav Borm
Gustav Borm is credited with five victories with Jasta 1. I have his date of birth, but not the place, nor any post-war career information. For his death, I have only that he disappeared in Dresden in May, 1945. Which may be all that is possible to know about his death; but does anyone have any further information?

19 - Hans Bowski
Hans Bowski is credited with five victories with Jasta 14. I have no information about his birth, post-war career, nor his death. Can anyone help?

20 - Otto Breiten-Landenberg
Otto Breiten-Landenberg is credited with 4 victories with Jasta 9 and Jasta 6. I have no information on his birth, post-war career, or his death. Can anyone help?

Stopped at 1:05 AM Monday Dec 6, 2004.

21 - Hermann Brettel
Hermann Brettel is credited with 4 victories with Jasta 10. I have his date and place of birth, but no information on his date and place of death.

22 - Gustav Brockhoff
Gustav Brockhoff is credited with 4 victories with I. and III.MFJ. I have his date of birth, but not the place; and no information about his date or place of death.

23 - Erich Buder
Erich Buder is credited with 14 victories with Jasta 26. I have no information about his date and place of birth or of death.

24 - Siegfried Büttner
Siegfried Büttner is credited with 13 victories with Jasta 22 and Jasta 61. I have no information about his date and place of birth or of death.

25 - Albin Buhl
Albin Buhl is credited with 6 victories with SeeFrosta and IV. MFJ. I have no information about his date and place of birth or of death.

26 - Friedrich-Karl Burckhardt
Friedrich-Karl Burckhardt is credited with 5 victories with Jasta 25. I need to know his place of death.

27 - August Burkard
August Burkard is credited with 5 victories with Jasta 29. I have no information about his date and place of birth or of death.

28 - Joachim von Busse
Joachim von Busse is credited with 15 victories with Jasta 3 and Jasta 15. I have no information on the date or place of death.

Hopefully someone can supply some of the missing information.

Frank.
