Smile Leutnant d. R. Umberto Marion Antonio Rosa

Hi!!
I was snooping in the lists of personal of German aviation in idflieg, and I found this name:
Umberto Marion Antonio Rosa.
A not very common name for a person of German origin.
Did he maybe have parents of some Latin country? Spain? Maybe Italy? Some Latin American country?
Does some know some fact in this sense?
Other data are:
Leutnant d. R.
*09.01.1890 Mannheim +23.08.1918 La Chapelle
Flieger Abteilung A 290, A 229, Armeeflugpark 10, 11, Flieger Ersatz Abteilung 2, 9, Jasta 38.
Grateful of any comment or opinion.
Dario

There was also the race car driver by the name of Ralph or Rudolph Carraciola. He was quite a well-known German. It's not so strange to have other nationalities living or born in another country. How about our own country with all its different foreign names? Rickenbacker, Wehner, Luke , LaGuardia , Basilone, Murphy, etc., etc.

Smile Other names

Hi Ed!
Rudolf Caracciola was born in the town of Remagen, Germany, in 1901 the son of parents who originally came from Italy.
Here other names, but this German time born in other countries, some not very well-known ones.
Leutnant d. R. Rudolf Walter Heß (Born in Alexandria) Jasta 35
Unteroffizier Freiherr Walter von Wangenheim (Born in Australien) Schusta 5
Unteroffizier Hermann Dippon (Born in Dwight/Illinois) Flieger Abteilung 32
Leutnant Hans Becken (Born in London) Kampfstaffel 1
Leutnant d. R. Walter Heidrich (Born in Paris) Flieger Abteilung 22
Leutnant d. R. Kurt Keßler (Born in Singapore)
Flieger Fritz Benario (Born in New York?)
Leutnant Erich Matthes (Born in Madras) Flieger Abteilung A 211
Alone they are curious data, maybe of interest for some visitor of the aerodrome forum.
