Question who killed Voss?

Hi everybody,
There are some threads here describing Voss last fight and there are other great web pages too. But it's still a little bit confusing. Here are summarized all my possible views:
1) Voss was really killed by A. Davis. But here are still questions. I've read somewhere that A. Davis emptied first his Vickers to him and than Voss made a sharp left turn to him passing Davis only by inches with dead prop and than went into well known shallow deep. Than Davis drove him off finally, but as Davis said he overshot him!!! How could it be credited to Davis when he said he overshot him??? The only one who saw the crash was Mc Cudden. So what was the final burst? Other sources said that Voss wasn't hit by any burst till the shallow deep, which was eventualy caused by lack of fuel.
2) Voss was killed by Hoidge who shot up his chest and during his shallow deep he was already dead. He was even killed when he passed Davis by inches or this was just the moment when he died and went into shallow deep. In this case Davis is quite out of game. Davis said that he didn't see Voss head in the cockpit during his ( final ??? ) burst, so this sounds most probably to me.
3)Voss was killed with Jasta 8 members during combat with R. Collishaw. This was nearly shock for me and I've read this information in some thread on this page. I must say that I absolutely don't understand and belive in this. At the time of 23.9 1917 there was (I think...) only one fokker dr1 at the front, because Wolf was already killed at this time. Cudden described the Fokker he met as silver and Voss's fokker was really silver. So there is only one possibility: Cudden and his members lied .

Can anyone answer some of my questions? Thanks a lot.
