Thumbs up Georges Flachaire with Nieuport

Can somebody carry out some comment on the photo?
(Attached photo).
The airplane? The date?
Any comment would be grateful.

The aircraft appears to a Nieuport 17bis, fitted with a 150hp Le Rhône engine, based on a review of photos and text in Nieuport Aircraft of World War One and French Aircraft of the First World War . Only one such aircraft was built. The fuselage was fully faired, the tail surfaces resemble those of the Nieuport 24, and the casserale d'helice (spinner) is thought to have rotated with the engine. No other information known.

Thumbs up Interesting your comment!!

Friend TomVrille.
Interesting your comment!!
Alone a built aircraft!! Interesting!!
He was maybe test pilot of that airplane.
I thank your effort in giving me you detail of that aircraft.
It is very valuable to locate the possible date of the photo, through the identification of the airplane.
Thank you for your reply.
Dario
