Boelcke's 40th

Hello All,

I recently purchased an npg postcard that was issued to commemorate Oswald Boelcke's 40th victory. The postcard has an image of a downed and burning aircraft with Boelke's photo overlayed on top. Can anyone shed some light on the details of this victory ( I think it was a BE2), the crew, and is the image on the card accurate or was another downed plane used ?

Boelcek's last was crashed on 26th of October south-west of Serre at 16:45.
It was BE2d (5781) from 5th Squadron. After the first attack Boelcke killed the observer Lt J C Jervis and after the second Boelcke's attack it crashed. Pilot Lt J S Smith was wounded. It fell into British trenches, where it burned. I can't say if the picture is correct if I haven't seen it yet! , but how I said it fell into British trenches so I don't know how could Germen take the foto. Could you append the foto?
