Looking for member from Old post

Hello

Sorry If i posted this on the wrong board, but i was back and searching through all the posts and archives, and I found a post that applies to me and I am trying to track this person down.

michael that posted a message on the forum on 04 Aug 2000

This is the message I've recently discovered a distant relative of mine, 2 Lt M. Mowatt, was in 11 sqdn, of the RFC and "died 70 miles behind enemy lines", in 1916.
Can anyone suggest how I might learn more about the circumstances of his loss and his unit?

michael I am wondering if he still around somewhere. I would love to be able to get in contact with you. After all we are related, and share Morden and his great story and sacrifice.

If anyone else can help me find this michael PLEASE let me know. I know that 2000 was a long time ago, so I am not going to get my hopes up.

I have searched the member list and I did not see him there. I can only hope that he is still floating around somewhere.

Cheers
Carrie

Member Michael (who flys the Canadian Maple Leaf) can be seen in the sub-basement of Off Topic. A decent sort who has a large affinity for lilacs as well.

thanks

Stephen

Is that his homepage you gave me the link for?

The michael that posted the message 6 yrs ago was all in small letters. Is this the same person?

I just want to be sure, so sorry if i seem to be a bit redundant.

I will email him anyways and find out!

I love lilacs too!

Cheers
Carrie
