British Airmen in Russia 1917

I am seeking help in more fully identifying the full names of the following RFC airmen who served in Russia from March - November 1917:
Capt. ___________ Abercromby (p); Lt. _________ Anderson ? pilot ? obs; Lt. __________ Bennett ? pilot ? obs; Lt. ________ Crutcheley ? duties; Lt. __________ Garsting ? duties; ? rank __________ Horn ? pilot ? obs; Capt. ________ Manno ? duties; Lt. ________ Neville ? duties; Lt. ______ Oliver ? duties; Capt. _________ Sheppart ? duties; Capt. _______ Weittet ? duties; Lt. _______ Whytold ? duties. There may have been others of which I am unaware. Anderson and Horn possibly shot down enemy aircraft during July 1917 on the SW Front. Your kind assistance is much appreciated. August

August

I've found two officers named Abercrombie in the RAF List for april 1918 (none named Abercromby). K D Abercrombie was an Equipment Officer while Robert Ogilvy Abercrombie appears to have been a pilot. There are any number of Andersons and Bennetts listed; a Lt G G Crutcheley is shown; a Lt N L Garstin; four officers named Horn A E, K K (Kelham Kirk), M L and S B (Spenser Bertram); nothing for Capt Manno, five officers named Neville - D A, H S, L R, R T, R V G and S S; I have "Oliver" as "Olliver" and two are listed, C W and V I; nothing for Capt Sheppart; nothing for Capt Weittet; nothing for Lt Whytold.

R.O. Abercromby had gained Royal Aero Club certificate No.134 on 12 September 1911, and was a pilot in 5 Sqn, R.F.C. when it went overseas in August 1914.
He formed 36 (Home Defence) Squadron on 01st Feb 1916.

Sorry but I do not know where he went or in what capacity after early 1916.

I'll have to stop looking at small print, late at night. Both officers in the Air Force List are "Abercromby", not Abercrombie; apologies for any confusion.

From London Gazette number 29072 (Wednesday, 17 February 1915):

War Office,
17th February, 1915.

The following despatch has been received by the Secretary of State for War from the Field-Marshal Commanding-in-Chief, British Forces in the Field: —

14th January, 1915.
MY LORD,—
In accordance with the last paragraph, of my Despatch of the 20th November, 1914, I lave the honour to bring to notice names of those whom I recommend for gallant and distinguished service in the field.

I have the honour to be,
Your Lordship's most obedient Servant,
J. D. P. FRENCH,
Field-Marshal, Commanding-in-chief,
The British Army in the Field.

ROYAL FLYING CORPS.

Abercromby, Lieutenant (temporary Captain) R. O., Gordon Highlanders.

In his despatch, covering the battle of Ypres-Armentieres, Field-Marshal French commented:

"The work performed by the Royal Flying Corps has continued to prove of the utmost value to the success of the operations.

I do not consider it advisable in this despatch to go into any detail as regards the duties assigned to the Corps and the nature of their work, but almost every day new methods for employing them, both strategically and tactically, are discovered and put into practice.

The development of their use and employment has indeed been quite extraordinary, and I feel sure that no effort should be spared to increase their numbers and perfect their equipment and efficiency."
