2/Lt Richard Worthy Ryan

Canadian Richard W Ryan flew for a short time in late 1917 with 66 Squadron RFC in Italy where he collided with Capt. T V Hunter who was killed. I would like to know the place and date of Ryan birth, he may have come from Ontario. Can any one help?
