Eindeckers pilots killed in Verdun

Hello all,

I'm trying to know how many Eindeckers pilots were killed in action during the battle of Verdun. 12 french pilots were killed in their Nieuport 11/16 during the first phase of the battle (21-02-1916 / 01-07-1916, until the attack on the Somme), I would be curious to know how many Fokker were shot down during this time period in Verdun. More ? Less ? The Nieuport was supposed to be a superior fighter than the Fokker, faster and more manoeuvrable. But what does the statistics say ?

"The german air service chronology" does not give many details and I was thinking to buy "Shark among Minnows" of Norman Franks. Does this book gives a casuality list, or does he speaks only of fights between Fokkers and british aviation, as the book cover suggests ?

Off the top of my head I remember that Erich graf von Holck was the fourth victim of

Albert Deullin on April 30, 1916. I believe in many references the location is even listed as Verdun but Holck fell in nearby wood. Photos of crash site are in O'Connor book.
