I just saw this after googling him in images on page 20 it's 8,000 euros, is this his or a good copy?

Not likely. The MvR family are actively seeking his relics. I know they were looking for Lothar's as I have seen it. Manfred's is still with the family at last report. At auction it would go for well over 65-75,000 USD. Just one of his victory shot cups went for 26,000 several years back.
