Capt RA Little

Information gathering here folks. Any info on Robert Alexander Little would be much appreciated at this early stage - especially pictures.

You're probably familiar with this reference, but most of what I know about R. A. Little came from Leonard Henry Rochford's book I Chose the Sky. There are a number of anecdotes concerning Little, and a seldom seen photo of several comrades from 203 Squadron paying their respects at Little's gravesite.

Happily, there is an index which greatly simplifies the task of finding information about Little.

Does this mean that you are considering a book on him? I sure hope that's the case.

I see from your bibliography in the Dallas book that you have Peter Firkins excellent book "The Golden Eagles". Thats the best source I have come across on Little. But what about Little's combat reports? they make fascinating reading, with far more detail in them than is usual. Are you able to get your hands on them?

As I live in Canberra I'll pop over the the Research Section at the AWM and check their archives for any material on Little, and /or photographs.
