Aircraft Profiles for Gontermann & K. Wolff
Hello All;
Am looking for aircraft profiles for any of  Heinrich Gontermann's aircraft (Jasta 5 or Jasta 15) and also any of the Albatros DIII's flown by Kurt Wolff while in Jasta 11 with Von Richthofen. If anyone knows of a commercially available colour profile for either pilot's aircraft it would be of immense assistance with building some new models and keeping them historically accurate!!!Thanks to all for looking, scooterjmuggs

There is an great number of very fine illustrator and I am sure that you can order profile if they don't excist in the moment.

Hi There,
You should check out the Osprey "Aircraft of the Aces" No. 66, "Balloon-Busting Aces of World War 1", by my friend Jon Guttman (ISBN 1 84176 877 4), 2005. It has color profiles of Gontermann's Jasta 5 Albatros D.III 2243/16 of Jasta 5, and his Albatros D.V flown as CO of Jasta 15. Both quite distinctive. Very best regards, Greg VanWyngarden

Hi Greg;
Thanks for the tip on Gontermann's aircraft. Have you seen my post regarding "The Pink Lady". Do you have anything to offer with regards to "The Pink Lady" and the identity of who may have been it's pilot? Thanks again Greg, scooterjmuggs, out.
