Get well messages for Fred Murrin
Hey Forumites -
I doubt Fred will be checking in any time soon, so all your well wishes may not be seen for a while.
Why don't we send along our well wishes in the mail so Fred will know that we're all pulling for him ?
I'm mailing mine as soon as I get a good address. Once I have that bit, I'll post it here so you all can do the same.
The cyber community can foster a human disconnect if we allow it, but here is a perfect opportunity to show there are still real people behind our screen names who really are concerned about the health and welfare of our friends here on the 'drome. I know all who posted are genuinely concerned. Let's show Fred that we are willing to spend the price of a stamp (at least) to help cheer him up !
Come On !
Mike

Thanks Mike! Excellent idea! I'll check in later for an address. Perhaps someone who will be visitng Fred could also print the messages from the other thread for him.

Another good idea !
Flieger1 -
I can arrange to get the printed thread to Fred. I'm waiting on a return phone call from my buddy in Altoona and will ask him to do just that. I'm sure he'll be happy to do so - he really admires what Fred does.
Keep at it,
Mike
