Frederick Stanton

I have been a visitor to this excellent site for a few years looking for further information on my grandfather Frederick Stanton (died 20th March 1979). Mainly this is on behalf of my father (who is 88 now) who never knew his father Frederick Stanton and would love to have any further information on him even at his advanced age. Of course the whole family would love to know more about him. We have just one picture of him sitting in a field in France with other flyers probably in 1917/18. This site is virtually the only place we have ever found any information about him.

I notice that his profile on the site has been considerably updated recently with a picture and date and place of death which we had never known before and I wondered if anyone knew anything further about him in any way. It would make an old man very happy.

Many thanks

Julian Kirk
