Jacques Mortain - finally - a photo - La Guerre Aérienne Illustrée

For some time I have been trying to track down a photo of Jacques Mortane - noted publisher and editor of "La Guerre Aérienne Illustrée” and to whom we WWI aviation reseachers owe so much.

A couple of years ago I lost an ebay auction of a postcard image of him in his later years. Here is a link to an image and article about him written during the war:

Here is another photo of Jacques Mortane (his real name Was Jacques Romanet..)taken with Brindejonc du Moulinais before the War
(Guerre aerienne illustree N°2 page 22)
