Norman Sweetser, Caproni Pilot in Italy

Anyone know more about him? I.e. - where he was from, when to school, etc?

Norman Sweetser was from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; he is listed as a
resident of Philadelphia in the U.S. Census for 1900 & 1910 as well as
for his Draft Registration in 1917. I have no school information for him.
He was a resident of New York, N.Y. by the 1930 U.S. Census and the
California voting records list him as a resident of Los Angeles County,
California, in 1954. The 1900 census lists his age at last birthday as 5;
translating to a birthdate of 1895 (early in the year) or 1894 (mid-year
or later). His exact birthdate is given in his draft registration which
you can access, for a fee, at Ancestry.com -- Browser Upgrade (I currently lack access
or I would list this for you). I hope this was of some help.

Regards

Josquin

Rated an RMA and 1/Lt. he was trained at the 8th AIC and assigned to the 6a Squadriglia, (XIth Gruppo) on 18 July 18 and served until the armistice.
