Hi,
Lothar's profession was beeing a soldier. Remember: Manfred was forced to become a soldier - Lothar chose this job himself. I do not know the details, but I think the relationship to this Countess was not that 'arranged'.

there is some information in the baroness von richthofen book, but that the married and 2 children were born. they divorced a few weeks before lothar's 1922 death. not much more is said.

Another one of the two also from Jasta 11 - wwi Aviation and there is obviously the famous Sanke card with MvR, LvR, Festner, Wolf and Schaefer I believe
